Pros

- Worked in 3 BDR orgs now - BDR leadership at Checkout is by far the best - great vision, really creative way of selling and unique role. Management cares about career development and many opportunities for progression - team genuinely really close knit - made some great friends as a result of this. - fast growing industry and team - supportive culture within BDR

Cons

- company tried to become a corporate overnight and this had a negative impact on the processes for performance reviews, promotions, and pay etc. - employee feedback doesn't seem to be acknowledged or taken into consideration by C level management - extreme focus on the US market by C suite - felt like success only mattered within that market

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
