Pros

Some very smart people and managed to get a great base salary. I actually had a solid SVP

Cons

The posts that describe an "elite circle" are 100% accurate. I knew about this before joining but was blown away at the actual joke that this is IRL. The general tone of other reviews is very accurate from culture, to leadership, to product... If I were to condense my view down to provide some real perspective... the reality is as far as a PSP goes CKO is just super late to the party. The tech is mediocre and the race to the bottom on price is unstainable. CKO tries to spice up the slide deck with "we are crypto bros as well," they don't do anything really special, and what they have done the main competition just catches up and does it better. CKO will probably get to IPO, but they are a 2nd tier player, and they will stay there.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
