Pros

A challenging experience for anyone looking to understand how banks, websites, 3rd party solutions all connect together to provide a transparent solution to the online shopper we all are nowadays. Flexible working hours, time off policies, a deep accent on training and led by a team of brilliant and young professionals provides the ground for anyone to come in, share an opinion, deliver a solution and embrace a whole new perspective.

Cons

The company is still growing up and did well to lay out the foundations for career paths, both managerial and technical freeways. But titles don't matter that much for a company of this size, accent should be more on the quality of the products being delivered. This implies quality in development, testing, hosting and support and paves the way for the need to hire a very experienced CTO who has a deep knowledge of the industry.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
