Since I joined, the team and wider company have been constantly expanding. - The work is challenging but rewarding and there is ample opportunity to get involved in diverse projects and take on responsibility. - The senior management has big plans and this creates a buzzing atmosphere. - People, in general, are collaborative and willing to go the extra mile to explain things and get tasks done. - There are many very smart people in the company, and I have learned a lot working here - The culture is great, with a lot of company sponsored events, and people are friendly and hang out after work too. The HR team takes a strong interest in the well-being of the employees.

- The fast-paced nature means high demands, which can sometimes be challenging. Some people may find it overwhelming - The current office is lacking space, but the good news is we are moving to a much bigger one soon
