Pros

Lots of work of all kinds. It's a good opportunity to work with some brilliant minds. Salary is similar to other companies that offer this kind of roles.

Cons

This is not an environment for people with work ethic or moral values. If you're a woman and especially a minority woman, you have zero chance of growth and development in tech . If you have a disability , same. It's all about who you know and if you're in the Boys Club. There is limited to no flexibility in terms of the in office days, even for people who are very new parents or pregnant women. There is no actual growth unless you're in with the "Club" - and even then there is a pecking order of the political game play. Growth has next to nothing to do with performance , so don't join expecting any.

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
