I have been there for 1+ year and no cons

- independence and autonomy - plenty of broken stuff to work on

- no clear, consistent direction; shifting priorities - non-existent onboarding practice - little to no constructive feedback from managers - poor meeting etiquette/hygiene, team members often late or miss meetings altogether
