Pros

There are some genuinely decent people trying their best to do a good job and make the company tolerable.

Cons

I cannot express enough just how far you should run away from this atrocity of a company. The company mindset is built on the exploitation of both staff and customers with no regard for developing or improving anything for either one. Add to this a consistent level of blatant lies and incompetence and you're left with a cesspool that more and more staff are desperately trying to claw their way out of and it won't be long before the customers follow.

Thank you for your review and we were sorry to hear that you don’t have a positive view of your time with us. We are always happy to take constructive feedback on board, however we do not recognise the culture as you describe. Our employee surveys largely describe a positive, inclusive and happy place of work and the vast majority of our teams do not share these views.

Pros

None. Absolutely none. I'd give a negative star rating if I could.

Cons

- Most people operate out of fear, nothing one does is ever good enough, and there is no direction from above, no benchmarks set, no expectations managed, and yet you are told constantly you didn't measure up. - No training, no advancement. - Poor communication at all levels. - Management changes its mind constantly and micromanages. - Money is spent unwisely and at higher cost to business because the company can't plan in advance, so wind up paying more for last-minute purchases. Then balks at monetary commitment to activities at or below cost (discounted) that would actually generate revenue. -Lot of throwing colleagues under the bus.
