Pros

Free food sometimes Some coworkers are nice

Cons

Rarely get hours(the most I got was 10hrs a week) Don't have a set schedule like other jobs. The manager just calls you and tell you your hours. I need a set schedule to go to college. You can't pay your bills with these type of hours. You will be homeless if you are working here, thinking you would get enough hours to live off of. I was given a paycard. I never received my first 2 paychecks. The paycard only gave me my 3rd paycheck. It is Sunday now. I am wondering if I will get paid this week or not. I already found another job, they offer more hours and say they pay their employees(consistently). Which, would be a good thing. I rarely got hours anyways so I assume those missing 2 paychecks are too little money to worry about. But, eother way it is wrong. You HAVE to pay those who work under you. It's not right to just use people and not pay them Manager keep pretending that I am doing nothing. I am not sure if it is his way of joking but don't tell me that I am doing nothing while I am in the middle of working. He told me that I was just sitting around doing nothing because I was bagging orders and handing them out to customers(there was a lot of customers and if I wasn't baghing orders. I am washing dishes, grilling meat, frying food or other tasks) I am a workaholic. The low hours already wasn't doing it for me but thw ignorance behind that statement made me start looking for new jobs. I need a good amount of hours, a set schedule and a PROFESSIONAL relationship with my coworkers and boss. I am not okay with "jokes" from the manager. And, my coworkers thinking that I am doing nothing because he thinks that. And, the fact that I often wonder if I would be paid or not was a problem for me. I shouldn't have to wonder of you would pay me or not. Also, back to him joking about me not doing anything. He never says this to anyone else so why just me? Why nitpick and talk to only me like I am lazy? When I work as hard as everyone else. The only thing different about me is that I am reserved and don't speak unless I have something important to say. I don't talk just to talk. So, people may say I am quiet because I don't waste time talking just to hear my voice. I go to work- -to work. Not socialize. I do talk to my coworkers once in a while but that is when I am not working on something. Worked here for 4 weeks. Already quitting because of the above reasons. If I don't get paid for the hours I worked then. I am going to post reviews about this everywhere. I might pay the department of labor a visit. The pay is too little to sue over. I caught an employee dropping a hotdog in the trash can. He just took it out, rinsed it and put in on the grill. I tried to say something about it but was ignored by everyone. Maybe, because everyone liked that specific worker it is okay to feed our customers out of the trash? They just turned an blind eye to it. I still think it wasn't okay. Some days my jobs would schedule me to work for 1hr and 50minutes for one day. That is basically part of my commute time. It takes me 2hrs and 30 minutes to get to and from this job. I feel bad for other employees that are being hired here but I know they would figure things out the hard way...after a few weeks. Because I don't talk a lot. I am often asked if I am okay. This is just how I am. Other people outside of this job like that I don't chatter about nothing all day long. I am quiet but when I speak up that's when people normally listen. I don't speak just because I love hearing my voice. If I don't have anything I feel is important to say or if I don't feel like having a conversation with you. Then, just leave me alone. There are other talkative coworkers. Talk to them.

Free food. Customers are far and few and between, so the job itself is easy.
