Good Company Terrible Management - Packer Checker Distributors Employee Review

They entire company seems to be run by emotionally unstable children. There are several innovations that the company has attempted to implement in the past few years. However, none of them actually work. Leadership is very ambitious with promoting the new hot thing but all of that falls short because they're actual follow through with any project is lacluster. If you're a customer or potential vendor ask for a tour of the warehouse. You'll find orders unpacked or partially packed sitting on the floor at packers tables. You'll find bins that go to orders mixed in with other orders and spread throughout the warehouse. This is one of those last stand holdout companies. They have found themselves in a very tight niche and are flourishing because of the lack of competition. However, the sheer incompetance here is a tale tale sign that they are going to fail misrabely. The terrible thing about the direction this company is taking is that the owner seems to be an extremely intelligent man. Alas, he has surrounded himself with management who instead of learning how to properly manage projects, stop at nothing to blame subordinates for their failure to plan.
