Pros
- Great team. Lot's of smart, talented, social people to work with. Love that people on the team organize outside of work events like kickball teams and book club. Fun group to make friends with and go out with on weekends. - Performance culture. Company status is shared during monthly meetings so everyone knows where things stand. Slackers not allowed. - Perks. Annual travel stipend & free lunch is awesome. - Career Opportunities. Management seems to be promoting from within for a number of functions rather than bringing in outsiders.
Cons
- Limited people/resources + international customers mean that some people and teams end up working long hours frequently. - Changing priorities. This is probably standard in most start-ups, but it's frustrating when projects that you work on are important one minute & complete de-prioritized the next minute.
