I worked on checkbox for more than 3 years, checkbox was my first company, here I worked closely with people, if you are fresher and have offer from checkbox and have offer from other startup and you are confused about work life balance, job security and also appraisal then you can join checkbox blindly,company will treat you as a family, the security of a job is 100%, unless your behavior is unprofessional and typical, you will never be able to attract or face anything else, it's been more than 1 year since I left the checkbox, Still it is like a family to me.
