      Pros

      The bosses are good, the work environment is positive, salaries are good, annual appraisals and raises are satisfactory. Although it is a small organization, good policies are coming in place. Flexi time and work from home is also provided if supported by proper justification or on medical grounds.

      Cons

      Not much really except the QA could be more streamlined, monotony in projects assigned should be avoided. There should be more trainings. Overall, no cons.
