Pros
Co workers and customers. Always room to advance because the turn over rate is high, for good reason. Good reume builder employment but not a company to stay with for long.
Cons
You have to live for the job. Even when on vacation you are expected to handle business issues. You have NO personal life if you work for this company. Compensation sucks and company does not treat employees as a valued piece of the success of the business. Owner sends a Christmas card out every year with a picture from his mansion and that is all you get at Christmas.
