      Pros

      Locally owned, you can talk directly with owners. Everyone is held to the same standard of work.

      Cons

      I didn't make good money until I was in management. Entry CSRs are underpaid. Constantly changing. Exectutives jumped ship. Bonuses went away. Locations closed. Consultants brought on. New bonus structure is based on something new ea month. It's confusing.

      Pros

      There is nothing positive to say about this company. They lie to and cheat the employees and customers. Do not go to work for them.

      Cons

      The corp. management will lie to you in a heartbeat. They do not care about the employees and care even less about their customers. Told to increase number of customers even if you know they can't pay. That's what the collections dept. is for. Then they chastise you for making loans to customers who can't pay.
