      Pros

      The people are great. They are a fun-loving, hard partying bunch. They know how to have a good time and sell. Benefits are ok. You get to work from home or where ever you are at the moment. Pay is good.

      Cons

      The leadership does not know how to communicate a plan, set a direction or provide guidance. The vendors tell the company what to do.

      Able to improve the lives and livelihood of our clients; put Veterans to work

      Cons

      Travel requirements (30-50%); Sometimes 12 hour days; Sometimes in arduous environments (mine sites, oil rigs (offshore, onshore), manufacturing facilities, etc.)
