CHCS services offered a variety of services for multiple different clients. Being in the Mailroom for nearly all clients gave individuals experience with multiple lines of business within Insurance in addition to basic Mailroom responsibilities
Cons
Employee feedback was not something that felt valued. Long-term employees may have been valued, but the company did not seem eager to look at new talent or hard workers that were pathing a pathway in business excellence and superior quality in ALL departments. Those who valued themselves and their work often out-performed others within their department consistently.
