While the company's rapid growth has introduced some challenges, I've found the experience to be both exciting and rewarding. The billable nature of the work requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively. This can be both rewarding and challenging, depending on individual preferences. I've personally found the variety of projects and the opportunity to work with nonprofits particularly fulfilling. However, I believe there is room for improvement in areas such as PTO and salary, which could further enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Overall, the company's commitment to growth and development makes it an exciting place to work, though there are areas where additional attention could be given to ensure a positive employee experience.

Reward employee loyalty by bridging the parity gap between new hires and those who have been here a while. The yearly salary increases are not enough to bring salaries up to where they should be.
