Pros
Great benefits and salary which is generally higher or matches the London market rates. Very flexible working, with hybrid working (1 day a week anchor day per team - with a day the team chooses). People are very friendly and helpful generally. Also very knowledgeable in their areas.
Cons
Very Top-down leadership. Very risk-averse and slow to adopt technology changes. Highly centralised decision making, so all decision making is extremely slow! and in some cases very poor as the right people are not consulted in time. Resource and change management is poor.
