There's honestly only 5 clients they work with Untrustworthy- changed my grade when I joined to "simplify" without my consent You will be stuck on clients for the rest of your life - actually easier to get a new job than to change clients Unfair promotions - they cancelled promotions for the year, only to surprise promote a handful of people they like- not based on client feedback or business cases- but rather how a client feels about you They have trouble retaining good employees Great company if you want a 2% per year payrise and no promotion and no interesting work No real training No diversity- if they want to discuss issues they get people from those minority groups to do the hard work )emotional labour) so they can feel better about themselves.
