No learning, growth, or career development opportunities. Unrealistic targets without proper support or resources. Lack of transparency in policies and decision-making. High pressure with no accountability from management. Would not recommend this company to job seekers or clients.

Good for gossip , don’t pay your salary if you leave the company

Disrespect their employees, put all blame on employees when it’s owner’s mistake , charging extra to clients.
