      1. Extremely supportive team and management 2. Continued education and access to resources 3. Excellent pay/benefits 4. Remote work environment (I loved this!) 5. Unlimited FTO and lots of holiday time 6. Challenging and rewarding. 7. Amazing product 8. Great company values 9. Supportive environment 10. Great values/mission

      The only con was unfortunately being laid off.

      Good people and a nice place to work. Flexible work from home or office environment. Unlimted PTO.

      Private equity budget restraints. Enormous pressure to hit numbers. Product lacked stability of core functionality.
