Since the company is small, upward trajectory at the company stops after 2 promotions.

Easy work with good training to start, good benefits (as it does look into 401(k)s), eventual promotions are relatively easy to obtain

Rigid corporate structure leads to promotion only based on seniority and availability rather than actually good work. Also, since it's a survey-based company, the lower response rates were getting to be a problem.
