      Pros

      Residents and some staff members are very nice

      Cons

      The scheduler is very unprofessional and puts you on schedule whenever without your acknowledgement , no modern day technology, favoritism, short staffed agency runs the building But they refused to just raise the pay to keep agency away.

      The residents, some co workers are nice.

      Cons

      Management is a NIGHTMARE. Staff gets hired and then quit almost immediately. Very toxic environment. Favoritism definitely exists here.
