Pros

Love of kids and making sure that you are an important part of their day.

Cons

Poor pay for the overbearing amount of work that is expected. Upper management doesn't listen to anything and loved to make threats. One hand does not know what the other is doing.. Lack of communication. No transparency. If you love working long hours with little pay, then this is the job for you!

Pros

Tiffany Simmons, the Marketing Manager, goes above and beyond to support interns and young professionals. She not only cares for you on a personal level but also invests in preparing you with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to succeed in a real career. Her mentorship includes hands-on training, constructive feedback, and opportunities to lead meaningful projects rather than just busy work. The team environment she fosters is collaborative, motivating, and full of growth opportunities. Working under her guidance feels less like an internship and more like the first true step into building a successful career in marketing.

Cons

NONE AT ALL, they are amazing!

Pros

- Learned to communicate with a variety of people, from higher up to lower down - Rewarding experiences fixing issues I had to work out on my own -Learned to follow practices and procedures for specific situations (i.e. setting up a new computer according to company specifications for kitchen managers)

Cons

- Most of my job was working with software that was not originally in my job description and is only tangentially related to IT. - Frequently called away from doing IT work to assist in kitchens as a cashier/server. - Not good pay
