      Pros

      Compensation is great. Merit based promotion without politics. Very good training and ongoing training. Growing company. Forward thinking leadership team.

      Cons

      Can feel overloaded with work at times. This is a remote-first role and not the entire company is remote. I prefer not commuting however.
