Pros
The owners REALLY care about the consultants and understand how to treat and keep them. They always treated me with respect and helped me find contracts that would grow me AND fit with my family. They support you on contract and when you run into issues, if you reach out, they will provide mentoring and support. This is a really wonderful company! They have options for employee, 1099 and W2. The employees have been there for years and are a wonderful group of professionals.
Cons
I can't think of any at the moment. I only left because I found another contract. At the end of the day I am kicking myself for leaving.
