President is Running it into the ground - Operations Charter Manufacturing Employee Review

Shane Bonner is the President of the Iron division. He lacks emotional intelligence and is running the Dura-Bar division into the ground. The team at Dura-Bar is good, hardworking people who want the company to succeed. Shane consistently makes decisions that demonstrate a lack of understanding of how the business makes money and what our customers value. I do not recommend joining the division because if he stays at the helm, it won't be around for much longer.
