      Good schedule...three on two off two on three off...friendly working atomosphere...not especially difficult work..lots of breaks...paid lunch.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay for the level of work...high turnover...No real opportunity for advancement..lots of young recent college grads hired directly into supervisor roles.

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Cons

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
