      Pros

      The workers are good people for the most part. Some of the leaders who have been around a long time are very good.

      Cons

      The culture has changed. It’s not the family friendly place they make it out to be. The new CEO and the new President are not like John A. Mellowes. He was the real deal. The other new executives are also just not to be trusted.

      Pros

      Strong collaborative environment. People that are eager to partner to achieve new goals. Good training and they truly invest in their people.

      Cons

      Can be a busy place to work but if you prioritize and partner with your other departments you will create a great work life balance.
