Pros

I genuinely love working at Charter Impact. The leadership team is supportive, transparent, and truly invested in employee growth and success. There's a strong sense of community and purpose here — you feel like the work you do matters and contributes to something bigger. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility the company offers, which allows for a healthy work-life balance without sacrificing career development. The culture encourages collaboration, innovation, and open communication. If you’re looking for an organization where you are valued, trusted, and challenged in the best way, Charter Impact is an amazing place to build your career.

Cons

Like any growing organization, things evolve quickly — but leadership does a great job keeping communication open.

Pros

At Charter Impact, you'll enjoy working with fantastic colleagues. This mission-driven organization genuinely cares about its employees, offering excellent benefits, competitive pay, and a strong sense of purpose.

Cons

There are high expectations. In a service industry, it's challenging to satisfy everyone, but we definately try

Pros

I started as a consultant before joining full time so I got a peek underneath the hood before joining. The leadership changed in 2022 to Adam and David who have dramatically improved the work-life balance, vision, culture, etc from what I've gathered from employees who were around through the transition. Most importantly it is noticeable how much they care about the most important part of the company....the People! EOS structure was also brought in to provide a foundation for building a scalable and sustainable organization. Beyond being a great company, we provide a great service to mission-driven charter schools and non-profits and our clients love us shown by fantastic survey scores and feedback. Also a great business model that our revenue grows with our client's growth and success. Remote team but have an office in Northridge, CA where majority of employees live but we have employees all across the US.

Cons

5 months in and there are no glaring issues. Really enjoying feeling a sense of purpose in my role for the first time in quite a while.
