      Pros

      The biggest pros are ability to work remote when needed or change up your schedule when things come up. Along with that the culture and employees are great, the office is nice and has a lot of amenities, there are some travel opportunities especially for industry trade shows, and dumb corporate policies do not (yet) exist.

      Cons

      Biggest cons are probably the interpersonal drama that is not handled quietly enough (tiny office) and there have been some financial hang ups that probably shouldn’t have been divulged to uninvolved personnel. Along with that I would say emotions run high here and turnover isn’t great (can’t sell can’t stay) and most all of those let go have publicly melted down in front of everyone (awkward)

      Pros

      I’ve been with CFG for more than a year now, and it’s been a blast. First off, 100% remote. The training and technology we have are top notch and makes our lives much easier. It’s a safe work place, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Honestly, it feels like a family. The CEO (though he doesn’t like to be called that) is very approachable, and makes sure to communicate clearly about every challenge or success. And last but definitely not the least, the TEAM, we have the coolest, most supportive group of people.

      Needs more benefits 401k would be great
