Pros
It is a nice place to work at. The office is great, the fact that we get lunch from the company is an awesome plus. The ambiance is nice and there is a lot of collaboration with other teams. I have grown greatly since I started working there, they give the possibilities to learn new skills and grow as an individual. The transparency on the company health is a plus, since it gives meaning to what you do.
Cons
It might sometimes feels like the company does not have a clear idea on how to grow. And even if that's a motor to get new ideas, it can sometimes give a weird sense of being loss
