Well, pretty much everything else. The work itself is not exciting in any way. No upward mobility. The leadership team has no vision whatsoever. The new management layer is mediocre at its best. The company prides itself on its culture. But the core people who helped shaped the culture have all left. People that are still here are either leaving or thinking about leaving.
