Pros
They work hard to meet your schedule conflicts if you give them enough notice. They don't ask too much of you during your shift. Two weeks of vacation pay starts after a year of employment.
Cons
Poor health insurance. It's too costly and I just had my own insurance. Management is late with your reviews, but still pays your retroactively if they are late.
