Pros

Charlie Health is truly one of a kind. I spent 3 years here and can honestly say it was the most transformative period of my career. From day one, I felt supported and challenged in the best possible way. Leadership invests deeply in your growth — I had managers who pushed me and mentored me. The work itself is meaningful and energizing. Every day you see the impact on clients and families, and that mission-driven culture is meaningful. The company is fast-paced and will challenge you aggressively, but in a way that makes you better. You’re surrounded by smart, passionate colleagues who bring out your best. Thanks to the training, coaching, and opportunities I received at Charlie Health, I was able to land a team lead role elsewhere that I never would have been qualified for without this experience.

Cons

Like any high-growth company, things move quickly and priorities shift often. It’s not the right fit for someone who wants a slow, predictable environment. Its intense for sure.

Pros

The engineers, clinicians, product folks are passionate and genuinely care about helping our clients

Cons

From all I’ve seen, the upper management does not prioritize clients, rather profit. If you are an engineer, I would not recommend joining Charlie Health in its current state. That may change down the line, but my experience was volatile and absurdly incompetent from upper leadership. Engineers are not prioritized and frankly seen as disposable. Deep down at Charlie Health there is a great company, and it could one day be a great place to work. But dear lord they need to get their act together first- don’t get caught in the crossfire.
