Pros

I’m new to this position, but I’m genuinely impressed by the level of support I’ve received. The onboarding process was exceptional, especially considering it was fully remote. Jenny Frost, my onboarding specialist, went above and beyond. She ensured I had everything I needed to get started and has continued to check in even after the onboarding phase—something that’s not very common. It’s been an incredibly welcoming experience!

Cons

As someone who’s still new, I’m still getting a feel for the company. That said, I was a bit let down by the PTO policy—it feels a bit limited. I had hoped they might offer unlimited PTO, but policies like that can always evolve over time.

The engineers, clinicians, product folks are passionate and genuinely care about helping our clients

Cons

From all I’ve seen, the upper management does not prioritize clients, rather profit. If you are an engineer, I would not recommend joining Charlie Health in its current state. That may change down the line, but my experience was volatile and absurdly incompetent from upper leadership. Engineers are not prioritized and frankly seen as disposable. Deep down at Charlie Health there is a great company, and it could one day be a great place to work. But dear lord they need to get their act together first- don’t get caught in the crossfire.
