The engineers, clinicians, product folks are passionate and genuinely care about helping our clients

Cons

From all I’ve seen, the upper management does not prioritize clients, rather profit. If you are an engineer, I would not recommend joining Charlie Health in its current state. That may change down the line, but my experience was volatile and absurdly incompetent from upper leadership. Engineers are not prioritized and frankly seen as disposable. Deep down at Charlie Health there is a great company, and it could one day be a great place to work. But dear lord they need to get their act together first- don’t get caught in the crossfire.

Pros

I appreciated the additional income. Including time for documentation and prep time- $60.

Cons

I experienced a lot of supervisor turnover. In little over 2 years, my supervisor changed 3 times. For the last year, never received feedback, consult, or conferencing. No room for growth or pay increases even with additional licensure. For a 1099, a lot of micromanagement from the top about scheduling but they framed it as consistency. I was released from my contract with no notice or conference. Just tried to log in one day and was locked out. Later I received an email about how to claim my last paycheck. Very unprofessional experience.
