      A supportive, close knit team working on the latest technology and kit. Management are attentive and listen to any concerns you might have and do their level best to resolve them. Training programs available and encouraged. Awesome culture and ethos make this a fun and rewarding place to work

      Can get really busy at times.

      Pros

      Having worked at a competitor previously I am glad I took the leap. I feel that Management actually have things together and the line managers & HR want to help you learn and progress your career.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a disconnect between engineers and I think this may be due to the new Service Desk Management team who started recently. I'm sure this small thing will improve.
