      Fun atmosphere - close knit and tight Get to travel around the state to different clients Small company that allows you to get to know everyone Gain responsibility the longer you are there

      Cons

      Not much room to grow within the company Schedule can vary widely - boring some days, and high paced others Recent years have had a relatively high turn over rate They should expand but are not at the moment

      Pros

      -Employee benefits are very good -Regular bonuses throughout the year -There's always something to work on -Most clients are standardized -Co-workers get along well -Lots of different opportunities for different projects -Team Leads and management are very supportive and are great when it comes to praise/criticism

      -Raises are few and far between -Can cause burn-out after a while

      Pros

      Neat environment. Easy to share ideas. Owner is very nice and helpful The company loves their customers.

      Cons

      High turn over rate. Owners wife is not very nice and he takes a lot of consideration for hiring and firing from her. Documentation is sometimes off and techs get blamed for it.
