      1. Lack of management integrity 2. Culture of bullying and harassment 3. Competition with management for sales. 4. Goals will be given maybe before Christmas. 5. Very poor professionalism and communication 6. Questionable business practices 7. Failure to follow employment contract 8. HR team are independent contractors who are friends with the head decision maker. Talking heads with Lack of basic knowledge and professionalism. 9. Doesn't follow US labor and hiring standards 10. Lots of micromanagement with little real support
