+ The company offers attractive benefits, including a cafeteria, free beverages, and other perks that enhance daily life at work. + Dogs are allowed in the office, which contributes to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. + Flexible working hours make it easier to balance professional and personal life. + The countryside location allows for outdoor sports. + Recharge days during winter and Easter provide extra opportunities to rest and recharge. + Strong team spirit and good collaboration create a positive work environment and meaningful exchange of knowledge. + Company events.

Cons

- Management / Leadership: Long-standing issues remain unresolved, and leaders appear overworked, which can affect team morale and effectiveness. - Processes: Software development processes are bad and frequent interruptions can impact productivity. - Communication: Upward communication toward management lacks transparency, and feedback is often not visibly addressed. TownHalls are usally jokes - Staffing & Career Development: Slow replacement of positions can create extra pressure. - Equipment: Some equipment could be upgraded to better support work. - Software: Decisions sometimes feel misaligned or delayed, which can create the impression that progress has been stalled. - Leader: Career development opportunities are limited, and many leaders appear heavily burdened with work and stress, which impacts both their effectiveness and the overall atmosphere.

Pros

Really smart team and interesting product to sell.

Cons

Running extremely lean after lay offs due to industry headwinds. A lot on each person’s shoulders to continue to hit numbers despite a very tough market right now.
