Not just for making a commission , but for making a difference in people's lives. The relationships and the connection that you make and build through this business is phenomenal!

Cons

If you don't put in the work and time, you won't make any money and you will lack so many skills known and skills to learn.

Pros

The togetherness, the coaching, the product, the instant gratification, the encouragement to improve, the insane amounts of money that can be earned, the opportunity or growth, etc. Just to name a few. Also, there are group interviews to attend that answer the majority of your questions before you choose your path. If it’s for you great! If it’s not, it’s no big deal :)

Cons

There is some alone time through the growing pains of this position, although that get remedied through experience. The process to become an active agent was a long one (about a month) but once you’re through it you’ll be surprised with how for you go. Other than those, I have no complaints!
