      Pros

      The togetherness, the coaching, the product, the instant gratification, the encouragement to improve, the insane amounts of money that can be earned, the opportunity or growth, etc. Just to name a few. Also, there are group interviews to attend that answer the majority of your questions before you choose your path. If it’s for you great! If it’s not, it’s no big deal :)

      Cons

      There is some alone time through the growing pains of this position, although that get remedied through experience. The process to become an active agent was a long one (about a month) but once you’re through it you’ll be surprised with how for you go. Other than those, I have no complaints!

      Pros

      I have learned so much and emotionally grown so much over the last 4 years with Charge financial. All of the members of our group are very open and willing to help each other. It is also extremely rewarding to sell such a great line of insurance products to families in Texas. The income has been great as it has gone up significantly every year. Last year I actually made more than double what I made in my best year in my former career.

      Cons

      This career path isn't physically hard, but is emotionally challenging.
