Pros
-Excellent PTO. -Family atmosphere for the first 9 years that I was employed. - Mission is incredible to work hard for. - If you're a DEI hire, you're going to be very welcomed!
Cons
New leadership is a very inattentive to real field issues. Patient care become second fiddle to business ZERO accountability for those in the good graces of the upper management. I watched 6 excellent, long term (10+years) employees leave or be forced out, in the last 9 months. CEO is an incredible leader who's focus has shifted and no longer knows the pulse of his team
