You don't have to be in the office all the time.

It's all women and they are very catty and have obvious cliques amongst themselves. Management doesn't tell you anythings being done wrong until they're ready to reprimand you. Training is done by other inspectors and is not done thoroughly; they expect you to remember everything after being told once during training. Management will tell you during termination that you can't get unemployment but that's just a scare tactic, I got mine for 6 months after Tammy said that to me.

The owner will be little you to the point that you begin to believe her. She will teach you about the business if you can suffer through the pain. One of the head of her company keeps a log on the employees that have left it was around 200 when I left. The place looks great and lures many in bless the ones that find the way out.

Most of the staff does not look people in the eyes they are told on a daily that they are stupid and dress poor. You will find that you have no time left and no vacation time they count down to the minute what a joke and wonder why no one can explain where the time went. But the time keeper always has vacation time. Board members are allowed to walk over the staff and the owner will believe anything that they say. She claims that she does not like drama but late at night her and one of the managers will sit around and gossip about the employees. We were told that we were lucky to have a Christmas party what a joke we had to make a craft like a little kid and have her stand there laughing and judging us. She is known to scream across the PA system so everyone feels sorry for you. Best of all the ladies that she thinks are friends really are her worst enemies. It is all women and one man but needs a touch more men to even it out. If the residents and the board knew how she treated the staff they would be nicer to everyone. If you are offered a job RUN there are better management companies with benefits like 401k no sense wasting your time. Most people when they leave do not even include this management company on their linked in account they would rather show they had no job then worked there. But if you looking all the management companies will understand why your looking if your here they all know how she treats her staff.
