Tight, talented, fun & smart team doing great work for a wide range of clients. Includes some big brands & lots of b2b/financial & professional services. Lots of repeat business & new clients. clients like what chaos does & others hear about it or like what they see. A very collaborative 'let's get this done' culture where everyone genuinely has a voice that gets listened to. V supportive of how you want your career to develop too. Really worked for me over the years. Also a great studio space right in the centre of Guildford which makes it really easy to get to & get stuff done in town or head out for a run or whatever. V social too - run club, regular chaos outings / away days, drinks, charity days. plus supportive of life outside work with lots of people with families.nice balance of wfh & in the office.

Strong culture of getting stuck in, being part of the team so might not suit someone who likes to keep themselves very much to themselves.
