      Pros

      Holding company provides great benefits including 401k match, health insurance, and paid time off. Quarterly events, happy hours, and company outings are common.

      Cons

      Toxic - unprofessional "beatdown" culture driven by CEO. Leadership doesn't hesitate to abuse employees and customers alike. If you are a tenured sales person that has a network you expect bring to CW, you risk permanent damage to your reputation.

      -Excellent culture -Team is no drama -Very organized -Management has open door policy -No Micromanagement -Director is awesome

      Cons

      A little nervous about recent turnover/changes. Seems a little heavy on overhead but I could be wrong.
