      There is not organization. Management doesn’t not how to organize, inform and keep the staff motivated. Poor management decisions.

      Pros

      Channel Bakers is at the forefront of Amazon Advertising and all retail media sectors. They are a company large enough to have a strong internal structure and training while still feeling like a small community. Input and new ideas are always welcome, and often implemented. Can not find a better balance of enterprise business with such a focus on tight knit collaboration.

      Our training and experience is so strong that a lot of team members end up leaving and joining Fortune 500 companies
