Pros

A good bunch of young people that knew how to have fun. The compensation plan was fair.

Cons

If you’re looking for development, you won’t find it here. The managers are awful at being managers. The company in general think they are a lot better than they are. One manager got me to transfer my billings to him so he could hit target, he then refused to pay me the commission as promised.

Since last year, our remuneration policies have been documented and published to all staff, and allocation of commission payments has been overseen by our senior leadership team to ensure fairness and transparency. Each member of the team has a development lead who supports them in setting and achieving goals for the year ahead and for their progression within the business. Employees are encouraged to seek “on-the-job” opportunities to develop new skills within their existing roles and to take on new challenges and roles that stretch and development them further. Pros

People are great. Genuinely caring, passionate individuals.

Cons

Since the new CEO has been in place, it’s not the same company. He’s made it so anyone who was critical has left (most of them women) and only yay sayers have stayed. He’s also brought lots of people with social care experience but that clearly don’t understand health, undermining the healthcare brand the business has worked so hard to earn.
