Pros

In the years i was there, it definitely got better. They started heading in a better direction and getting more resources. Culture is pretty casual.

Cons

Never got paid what I was worth (and I know many others didn't either). Half way through my time there, my salary got increased by 40% because the new manager knew my salary was way too low. But even after that increase, it was still about 10% too low, and I never got another increase/raise after that. Anything that involves HQ takes forever because of the number of steps you have to go through to get what you need from HQ - multiple authorization signatures, multiple inept junior (just out of school or still in school) employees with no experience, and minimal funding unless needs are thoroughly researched and documented. HQ does not have a clear idea of how to successfully run a games portal in North Am. They learned while I was there, but I think even when I left they still didn't fully understand. All their attention was on their own services in China. I think the main reason they had international offices was to take advantage of their stock markets.
